The Opportunity
Manolo Campion had a stunning fashion photography portfolio but a sub-par website.
The Process
Manolo came to me with specific ideas for the design and functionality of his new site. Visual simplicity was very important to him, and he wanted the user to be able to easily view thumbnails of all the images available on the site. He also wanted a non-technical way to update the portfolios himself.
The Offering
Manolo’s new site lets his imagery assume the starring role. Subtle fades between images add sophisticated nuance, and images are preloaded in the background for fast viewing. The unusual thumbnail gallery gives a comprehensive overview of the site contents. Behind the scenes Manolo can add/edit/delete portfolios and images using a web browser to access a robust and intuitive content management system.
