How much will it cost?

Well, that depends.

who + why + what + how + when = how much

Don’t worry: there won’t be a math test.

why are we talking (what are you trying to accomplish and why)?
what form(s) do you imagine the project taking?
how will the project deliverables be produced?
when would you like the project finished?
what is your budget?
